BnB Flights (“we”, “us”) operates the website bnbflights.ca. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Information you give us: if you contact us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply. We use it only for that purpose.
• Technical information: our hosting provider logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and running. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall visits.

We do not create user accounts, run newsletters, or sell personal information.

Cookies

We use a cookie (or browser storage) to remember that you accepted our cookie notice. Our flight and hotel search tools are provided by Travelpayouts and its partner brands — when you use them, those third parties may set their own cookies to process your search and track bookings for commission purposes. Their use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies.

Bookings

We don’t take bookings ourselves. When you click through to an airline, hotel or travel partner and book with them, any information you share goes directly to that partner under their privacy policy.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was most recently revised.
